Lampe LED Aktilite

Indications: photothérapie dynamique qui permet de traiter des lésions précancéreuses ( kératoses actiniques) et lésions cancéreuses, carcinomes basocellulaires superficiels.
Le traitement consiste dans l’application sur les lésions à traiter d’un produit photosensibilisant 3 heures avant l’exposition à la lampe. Le produit sera recouvert d’un pansement occlusif opaque à garder 3 heures.
Au bout de 3 heures la zone à traiter sera exposée à une lumière LED rouge qui va activer le produit photosensibilisant.
La durée de la séance est de 8 minutes.
Pendant la séance d’illumination il est possible d’avoir un sensation de brûlure intense, douloureuse, surtout s’ il y a beaucoup des lésions à traiter.
La PDT est remboursée par l’Assurance maladie en France.
